Perry Lee Louth

Perry Lee Louth age 60 of Birmingham, passed away Monday, December 7, 2020, at his home.

Perry was born September 11, 1960, in Fairfield to Ronald Paul and Shirley Mae (Iseman) Louth.  He is one of 6 children who are Terry (Jill) Louth of Birmingham, his twin sister, Sherry (Steve) Gouge of Ottumwa, David (Karen) Louth of Birmingham and Tammey (Robert) Saffo of Sierra Vista, Arizona and twin Timothy (deceased) (Joanne) Louth of Ogden, UT; and several nieces and nephews.

Perry loved working on his farm and was the owner of RPS Ltd. Rock where he drove over the road for 24 years.  Perry was on Birmingham City Council for 16 years and President of Birmingham Little League many years.  He spent many hours volunteering to help with Homecoming and Ragbrai.  Perry looked forward to helping with the State Line Rally and Community tractor pulls. 

Perry loved playing with kids especially his nieces and nephews.  There was no one Perry didn’t know or wouldn’t talk to.  He will be missed by his loyal loving dog “Chyene” and his family and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy; and his grandparents, Orville and Margaret Iseman and Kenneth and Dorothy Nelson.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date with inurnment in Maple Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, cards and memorials may be made to Birmingham City Park and mailed to Shirley Louth, 18754 120th Street, Birmingham, Iowa 52535.
