Wade Allen Wiseman, 46, of Ottumwa, died August 28, 2024 at home.
He was born February 3, 1978 in Ottumwa, to Kenneth D. and Joyce Ellen Kepler Wiseman.
A 1996 graduate of Ottumwa High School, Wade lived in Eldon for a few years, but lived in Ottumwa most of his life. He worked at Dexter in Fairfield and recently at JBS.
Wade was a member of Wapello Chiefs Bowman and loved playing basketball, fishing and hunting.
Surviving are his sons, Hunter James Stone and Devon Allen James Wiseman; his father, Kenneth (Susie) Wiseman of Ottumwa, his mother, Joyce Kepler of Ottumwa; siblings, Todd Ryan Wiseman, Misty (Dan) Gillette and Cory Grade; 6 nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Adam Ray Wiseman; grandparents, Kenneth Wiseman and Dorothy Wiseman; Raymond Dale Kepler and Cecil Lorraine Kepler.
Visitation will be open at 9 a.m. Sunday, September 1st at Reece Funeral Home with the family present to greet friends from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Sunday, September 1st at Reece Funeral Home with Pastor Phil Morrison officiating. His body will be cremated after the service.
