Raynold Herbert Quist, 94, of Ottumwa, IA passed away Friday, January 6, 2017 at the Ottumwa Regional Health Care Center. As were his wishes, his body will be cremated with no services planned at this time. Memorials in Raynold’s honor may be directed to the Harry Anderson American Legion Post 34 in Oskaloosa, IA or the Vista Woods Care Center in Ottumwa, IA.
