Dianna J. (Johnson) Pruden, 79, of Bloomfield, Iowa passed away on April 28, 2025 at the Homestead Assisted Living in Centerville, Iowa. She was born on December 1, 1945 in Bloomfield, Iowa to Keith and Lila Whisler Johnson. She graduated from Davis County High School.
Dianna worked at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant in Middleton, Iowa, Everco in Ottumwa, Iowa, and then worked in the laundry department for the Davis Center until her retirement.
Dianna enjoyed shopping, playing board games and cards with her family and friends, feeding and watching the birds, and playing BINGO at her assisted living residence. Most of all, Dianna loved spending time with her family. Her love, jokes, and sense of humor will be greatly missed by them all.
She is survived by two brothers, Max Johnson of The Villages in Florida, Richard (Judy) Johnson of Waukee, Iowa; sister, Colette (Tim) Campbell of Bloomfield; sister-in-law, Carol Johnson of Bloomfield; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces-and-nephews, great-great-nieces-and-nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Gary Johnson; nephew, Brent Johnson; sister-in-law, Sandi Johnson; and other family members.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at the IOOF Cemetery in Bloomfield with Travis Peel officiating. No visitation is planned. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the Homestead Assisted Living and Memory Care Activity Fund and may be mailed to Dianna Pruden Memorial, 304 W. Jefferson St., Bloomfield, Iowa 52537. Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
