LINDA KELSEY
OTTUMWA-Linda J. Lynch Kelsey, 60, of 22847 Whiskey Ridge, died at 3:48 a.m. February 15, 2017 at the Bloomfield Care Center.
She was born October 6, 1956 in Ottumwa to Charles and Virginia Jasper Lynch. She married Willard “Randy” Kelsey on October 20, 1974.
Linda had attended Ottumwa High School. She lived in Green Castle, MO from 1974-1980, La Plata, MO from 1980-1991, and back to Ottumwa in 1991 until the present. She had worked at a care center in La Plata, MO, and had also worked at Good Samaritan and Ottumwa Regional Health Center.
Linda was a wonderful grandmother and great-grandmother.
Surviving is her husband, Randy; a daughter, Mindy (Shawn) Kibe of Gladbrook; a son, John (Kerry) Kelsey of Ottumwa; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; her father, Charles Lynch of Ottumwa; two sisters, her twin, Paula MacGruder of Kansas and Vickie Northup of Ollie; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, William Kelsey; her mother, Virginia Lynch and a brother, John Lynch.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Reece Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Hornback officiating.
Cremation will follow the services.
Visitation begins at 9 a.m. with the family present one hour prior to the service.
Memorials may be made to Bloomfield Care Center or Hospice of Washington County.
