MARGARET ALLBRIGHT
OTTUMWA – Margaret Marie Allbright, 96, of 325 E. Park died at 2:35 a.m. November 26, 2016 at Hospice House in Ottumwa.
She was born March 27, 1920 in Ottumwa to Barney S. and Sharlotte Frances Walker Eaves. She married William David Allbright on December 8, 1941 in Kahoka, MO. He preceded her in death on May 24, 1995.
Margaret worked for John Morrell and Co., retiring in 1970. She was a life member of Walter B. Schafer Post #775 Ladies Auxiliary.
Surviving is a son, William D. Allbright Jr.; a daughter, Donna Weichman of Ottumwa; 10 grandchildren; several great -grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, James D. Allbright; 2 brothers, Billy Eaves and Delmar Eaves; 4 sisters, Verna Eaves, Gladys Woodworth, Pearl Atchison and Rosa Atchison.
Graveside services and burial will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at Shaul Cemetery with Pastor Mel Kendall officiating.
Visitation will be open from 9 a.m. Wednesday until 2 p.m. Wednesday.
