JOSH MILLER
BLOOMFIELD-Joshua Emanuel Miller, 37, of 202 W. North St., died at 6:29 p.m. February 12, 2017 at his home.
He was born November 1, 1979 in Freeport, IL to Robert and Victoria Stahr Miller. He married Kersty Downing on March 4, 2007 in Ottumwa.
Josh had been employed at Domino’s since 2003, where he met his wife.
He was a member of Ottumwa Community Church.
Josh has always been a loving and dedicated father, playing a strong and active role in the lives of his kids. He liked playing games with his children and watching wrestling with his boys. Josh enjoyed many activities with his kids such as going to church every Wednesday and Sunday and spending afternoons reading and taking adventures outside to play in nature.
Surviving is his wife, Kersty; his six children, Kaleb, Emilee, Roman, Jaxon, Spenzer and Alycia Miller; his father, Robert Miller of Fairfield; sisters, Sarah (Wade) Warfield of Shannon, IL and Katie (Ty) Medema of Iowa City; nieces, Lily McFarlin and Ariana Downing and nephew, J.D. Medema.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Victoria Miller.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Reece Funeral Home with Pastor Bryan Wyldes officiating. Cremation will follow the services.
Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Thursday with the family present from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
